The hotel was wonderful. I spent a lovely few days there. It’s located in a peaceful area and offers a very high standard of service, including excellent housekeeping. The pool was beautiful as well.

A fantastic stay, with exceptional attentionwe stayed four nights on the occasion of a HYROX competition and the experience was really great. Undoubtedly, one of the things that I would highlight the most is the treatment of the entire hotel team. From our arrival they were friendly, close and very attentive, always aware that we were comfortable and that nothing was missing.The first day we arrived quite late, tired and without having eaten dinner. Despite the time, they helped us to find a place and to order a kebab and a dürüm at home. It was a gesture that we greatly appreciated. That same disposition was maintained throughout our stay: whenever we had any questions or needed anything, they were available to help us. They also gave us all the facilities to prepare or heat food, something that was especially useful for us being there for a competition and needing to organize ourselves with our schedules and our food. At all times we felt that we could count on them.The rooms also deserve a special mention. They are very well maintained, clean, tidy and have everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The attention paid to the details and the maintenance of each space is noticeable. In addition, having a kitchen inside the room itself provides a lot of comfort and freedom, since you can prepare something or heat food when you need it, without always depending on eating out. This makes the accommodation a very practical option both for a short stay and for spending several días.La swimming pool is another of the great strengths of the hotel. It is very big, it is very well maintained and the water had a perfect temperature: pleasant and refreshing, especially after an intense day. The whole outdoor area is fantastic, very comfortable and perfect to relax, unwind or spend some time tranquilo.La the location was also very convenient for us. There is a supermarket right below the hotel, which makes it very easy to buy anything you may need during your stay. In addition, there is a shopping center with all kinds of shops and services just a five-minute walk away.Overall, we felt very well taken care of during the four days. The kindness, the constant attention and the disposition of the whole team made our stay even better. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would definitely choose this accommodation again. I totally recommend it both for its facilities and its rooms and, above all, for the excellent treatment received.

I stayed at N5 Hotel Istanbul for 10 days and had a really lovely experience. The staff were always friendly and helpful, especially when helping me with different pillow options and some dietary requirements.What I appreciated most was how welcome they made me feel. After 10 days, it honestly started to feel a bit like home.I will most probably see you again next year.

Advantages: Staying at The Red Tent Grand Suite was a truly pleasant experience. The location is very central, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and attractions within walking distance. The lively atmosphere of the area and the easy access to transportation made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.The room was clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome throughout our visit.For a short city getaway, this hotel is definitely a great choice thanks to its location and overall service. We left with great memories and would happily stay here again.

It is located in a central and quiet area, surrounded by shopping malls. One minute walk from the metrobus stop. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious. It had a very pleasant lavender scent.The staff was polite and friendly.
